River is passionate about helping others achieve optimal health through several different modalities. 
She is a western and indigenous trained advanced Kambo practitioner with specialization in using Kambo to address autoimmune conditions, Lyme disease, chronic health issues and more. She uses a gentle approach and is mindful to meet each person where they are at to help ensure the best possible experience for them.
She has been a practicing herbalist for 8 years doing consultations and making herbal medicine including tinctures, tea blends, skin & body care and aromatherapy products for her business "Mountain and Moon Apothecary".
She creates workshops and classes centred around herbal education and herbal medicine making.
She also uses functional lab testing to create customized health protocols and coaching programs to help guide her clients to achieve health, balance and well-being.
